Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Decido account and associated personal data directly from the Decido app.

If you cannot access the app, contact [email protected] from the email address linked to your Decido account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

When account deletion is completed, Decido deletes or disassociates account-scoped personal data from its primary systems, including account identifiers, profile data, saved scan history, product/object/clothing analysis history, allergen preferences, feedback records linked to your account where applicable, and locally cached account state on the device after logout/deletion.

Decido also requests that relevant service providers, including authentication and subscription-management providers, disassociate or delete account-related records where technically and legally available.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or platform compliance reasons. Subscription purchase and refund records may also remain available through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment/subscription providers according to their own policies.

Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identifies you may be retained for product, reliability, and business reporting.

Decido aims to complete deletion from primary systems within 30 days of a valid request, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

If you want to request deletion of specific data without deleting your account, contact [email protected] and describe the data you want deleted. Decido will review the request and respond according to applicable privacy law.
